The Rubin Observatory maintains a web page that contains standard acknowledgement text to be used in all publications making use of LSST data, as well as a list of standard references - for LSST data products, pipelines, the Rubin Science Platform, etc - that can be cited in publications. Every data release from Data Preview 1 onwards will have its own Digital Object Identifier (DOI), as will parts thereof, and these should be cited to indicate exactly which dataset was used in a particular analysis.
