The 2017 PI Selection Round closes at 17.00 on Monday, 3 October 2016 (TBC).
Applications for Affiliate PI status and nominations for Junior Associate status should be made by then using the online application forms linked below. Before doing so you should read the LSST:UK Policy for Selection of Affiliate PIs and Junior Associates (linked), which explains the selection process and the criteria that will be used by the Selection Committee.
Applying for Affiliate PI status
Application Form (link): You will be asked to summarise your relevant track record and to explain why you require, and how you would take advantage of having, Affiliate PI status. Your application should be self-contained; do not assume that the Selection Committee has any information beyond what you include in your application.
Nominating Junior Associates
Nomination Form (link): Those possessing, or applying for, Affiliate PI status may nominate up to four postdocs and PhD students working with them for Junior Associate status. The current list of Junior Associates and their associated Affiliate PIs can be found here.
